The need to know details

    • 70 for ceremony seating inside the Conservatory

      • The Pavilion - up to 300 seats underneath, with the adjoining paved/grass area up to 600

  • Yes! The bride and groom suites are on site with entrances at opposite ends of the house, so no chance of you bumping into each other before it's time.

  • No. The house is private and not available to the clients or guests besides the bridal and groom suites.

  • Our pricing is based on a flat fee.

    $7600 for the pool/pavilion
    $12,000 for the estate

    Ceremonies in front of the house are included with either rental!

  • No onsite vendors and we have an open vendor policy for you to customize your day. However, all vendors MUST have a business license and insurance.

  • 9am access to the property for yourself and vendors
    2 parking attendants (not to be confused with valet)
    Onsite venue manager (not to be confused with your planner/coordinator)

    We are currently acquiring more tables and all chairs up to 300

  • Aside from the conservatory, we are an all outdoor venue.

  • It is. However, due to the natural working state of a greenhouse (and yes it’s the real deal), it can only be cooled so much in the Alabama summer months. Therefore, mid May through mid September, we ask that no events take place inside it.

  • Shhhhhh, we don’t like that r word. But, in the event it does look like rain, you are welcome to reserve a tent from a local company or the pavilion can be used for ceremony, there’s just a small flip fee.
